Data was verspreid over verschillende systemen zoals CRM, een timemanagement-app en Excel, zonder vlotte integratie. Dit leidde tot een sterke afhankelijkheid van manuele processen, wat de schaalbaarheid beperkte en governance moeilijk te handhaven maakte.<\/p><p>\n<\/p><p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"1097\">Hoewel sommige stappen met RPA waren geautomatiseerd, bleven de rapporteringsprocessen grotendeels manueel, wat tijdrovende operaties en af en toe onnauwkeurigheden opleverde. Een andere kritieke leemte was het gebrek aan role-based toegang: account managers konden de voor hen relevante data niet makkelijk raadplegen, wat zowel bruikbaarheids- als securityzorgen werden een aantal belangrijke verbeteringen doorgevoerd:<\/p><ul><li>A <strong>gecentraliseerd dataplatform<\/strong> werd gebouwd met Microsoft Fabric (met DBT voor transformaties), wat een naadloze datastroom tussen uiteenlopende systemen mogelijk maakt.<\/li><li>A <strong>Matching Application<\/strong> werd ge\u00efntroduceerd om het datamatchingproces te stroomlijnen, waarbij geautomatiseerde mapping gecombineerd wordt met manuele validatie om accuraatheid te verzekeren.<\/li><li><strong>Power BI<\/strong> dashboards werden ontwikkeld om manuele rapporten te vervangen, met geautomatiseerde inzichten en dynamische, role-based toegang op maat van elke account manager.<\/li><li>Een specifiek <strong>framework voor manuele correcties<\/strong> werd opgezet om wijzigingen toe te laten met behoud van data-integriteit en consistentie.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1cff708 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\"
