Sparkle a invit\u00e9 un berger belgo-\u00e9cossais avec son chien de berger et 5 moutons. Le berger a jadis poss\u00e9d\u00e9 plus de 1400 moutons. Il a mis en place un parcours d'obstacles autour duquel les moutons devaient \u00eatre guid\u00e9s. Les coll\u00e8gues de Sparkle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis en 3 groupes et devaient s'affronter dans 3 challenges pour tester la force de leurs \u00e9quipes en : rassemblement de personnes, rassemblement de moutons et intelligence des moutons. Le reste de l'\u00e9quipe devait guider cette personne autour du parcours trac\u00e9 dans le champ en n'utilisant que leur voix, avec un ensemble de sons de navigation convenus. Un joyeux chaos s'ensuivit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dabc739 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dabc739\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Le 2e challenge \u00e9tait le vrai d\u00e9fi.<\/strong> Maintenant que tout le monde connaissait le parcours d'obstacles, un groupe de 5 moutons devait y \u00eatre guid\u00e9. L'\u00e9quipe la plus rapide \u00e0 franchir les obstacles gagnerait. Cela s'est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable effort d'\u00e9quipe pour doser la bonne proximit\u00e9 autour des moutons afin de les diriger de mani\u00e8re calme et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Trop de pression et les moutons pouvaient s'enfuir de fa\u00e7on incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e.
