Les donn\u00e9es \u00e9taient dispers\u00e9es entre diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes comme le CRM, une application de gestion du temps et Excel, sans int\u00e9gration fluide. Cela entra\u00eenait une forte d\u00e9pendance aux processus manuels, limitant l'\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 et rendant la gouvernance difficile \u00e0 maintenir.<\/p><p>\n<\/p><p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"1097\">Bien que certaines \u00e9tapes aient \u00e9t\u00e9 automatis\u00e9es avec le RPA, les processus de reporting restaient largement manuels, entra\u00eenant des op\u00e9rations chronophages et des inexactitudes occasionnelles. Une autre lacune critique \u00e9tait l'absence d'acc\u00e8s bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00f4les : les account managers ne pouvaient pas acc\u00e9der facilement aux donn\u00e9es qui les concernaient, ce qui soulevait des pr\u00e9occupations d'ergonomie et de \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite pour rationaliser le processus de rapprochement des donn\u00e9es, en combinant un mappage automatis\u00e9 et une validation manuelle pour garantir l'exactitude.<\/li><li><strong>Power BI<\/strong> des dashboards ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour remplacer les rapports manuels, offrant des insights automatis\u00e9s avec un acc\u00e8s dynamique bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00f4les, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque account manager.<\/li><li>Un <strong>cadre d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux corrections manuelles<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour permettre des modifications tout en pr\u00e9servant l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et la coh\u00e9rence des
